With the compliance burden we have here, it’s hard to keep up with all the little nuances in some of the states we have to file in. I was attracted by the idea that Ashland would come in and do the work on a contingency basis. If they didn’t find anything, there was no fee to be paid. They said it wouldn’t take up a lot of my time and it didn’t. All they asked to do was to come in and look at the returns. It really worked out well.
